WOMEN'S SELF DEFENCE WORKSHOP Thursday 5th October 9.30-11.30am (3 hour intense) - £15 Wednesday 25th October 1-4pm (3 hour intense) - £15 Tuesday 5th December 10am-1pm (3 hour intense) - £15

8 WEEK SELF DEFENCE WORKSHOP Starting Monday 9th October 5-6pm - £35 upfront (or £5 per week - discount not included if you pay weekly)

FAMILY SELF DEFENCE WORKSHOP Monday 30th October 10-12 - £15 per adult (1st child goes free, additional children £5 each) Friday 3rd November 10-12 - £15 per adult (1st child goes free, additional children £5 each)

CHILDREN'S SELF DEFENCE WORKSHOP Every Monday 4-5pm - £35 upfront for 8 weeks (or £5 per week - discount not included if you pay weekly)
