How do I arrange a booking collection?

How do I pack the ironing?


In a bag, a black bin liner, a washing basket, a linen basket or something similar.




What is the turnaround time?


Within 24hrs. A priority service is available. Please ask for details.




How will my clothes be returned when they have been ironed?


Clothes are generally returned on a hanger which we supply, bedding is generally folded. We
are more than happy to return your clothes how you would like them.




How safe is my ironing?


We are fully insured against loss or damage.




How much does it cost?


This depends on the number of garments you have for ironing. Give us a call for further information.




How and when do I pay?


Only once ironing has been completed will payment be asked for. Please make payment by cash or card.




Which times slots do you have for collection & delivery?


Collection & delivery by arrangement between 8am-8pm Mon -Sun




How much notice of cancellation does the customer have to give when they have asked for the collection/delivery service?


At least one hour before we are due to collect.




Can customers have ironing collected from one location and delivered to a different address i.e., work etc.


Yes not a problem. So long as it is still within a five mile radius of Kenilworth.




Can ironing be dropped off to you and then have it delivered to an address they
nominate?


Yes not a problem. So long as the delivery address is within a five mile radius of Kenilworth.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of our service, any items that are not to your satisfaction will be re-ironed free of charge.”




Do I have to use your service every week?


No, you are not tied into a contract. If you choose to use our services again, just contact us to make arrangements for collection. If it is more suitable for you, we can arrange to make collections either weekly, fortnightly or monthly at a time that is suitable for you.




Is there a minimum amount of ironing to use this service?


Yes, a minimum of £15.
