OUR ETHOS
PURPOSE
Our purpose revolves around raising awareness about community violence and its impact. We focus on empowering young people with the skills to recognize danger, avoid violence, and build confidence in communication to de-escalate tense situations. Emphasizing peaceful conflict resolution, we provide tools and strategies to resolve disputes peacefully. While prioritising non-violence, we acknowledge the need for self-defence as a last resort, ensuring individuals have necessary training for physical protection
VISION
Our vision centres on creating safer communities where work, life, and leisure thrive without fear. We prioritise empowering individuals with conflict resolution skills, advocating communication as the primary defence. While emphasising non-violent approaches, we recognise the need for self-protection in extreme cases. To achieve this, Resolve it! safety programs will be integrated into national curricula, ensuring all primary and secondary students access these vital skills. Our aim is to equip the younger generation, fostering peaceful conflict resolution and personal safety for safer, harmonious communities
